Arrival Time
Please arrive 5 minutes before your treatment begins to allow time for changing and relaxing. Late arrivals will shorten your treatment time to avoid delaying the next guest.
Reservations
To ensure you get your desired time and service, we recommend booking ahead. At the time of booking, you’ll need to provide credit card details or a gift voucher number to confirm your reservation. To avoid any disappointment, please note that securing an appointment on late evenings or weekends/public holidays typically requires a minimum of one week notice.
Consultation
Your therapist will consult with you before your treatment to discuss your preferences, needs, and any areas of stress or discomfort. They will customize the treatment to fit your individual requirements, as our aim is to fully nurture you. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, too hot, or too cold, or if you want a lighter or stronger treatment, please inform your therapist.
Gift Vouchers

The voucher is valid only for the recipient named on the voucher.

The vouchers must be presented on the day of the appointment.

The voucher can be redeemed for services of equal value or upgraded by paying the difference.

All vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months from the purchase date. Expired vouchers will not be honored.

Each voucher is valid for one visit only and cannot be split for multiple uses.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of the voucher.

Vouchers are sent directly to the recipient via email and can be purchased online for various amounts. Once payment is processed, the voucher is delivered immediately.

For appointments on evenings, weekends, or public holidays, please allow at least one week’s notice to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers or used under a private health insurance scheme. They may be used for full or partial payments towards treatments.

If the voucher cannot be presented at the time of the appointment, another payment method will be required.

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Groupon Booking Terms:

All bookings using Groupon vouchers must be made via phone call only to ensure compatibility with our system.

If a booking is made through our website, only the treatments selected during booking will be applied, and the Groupon voucher cannot be claimed.

If a customer wishes to redeem their Groupon voucher after booking a treatment online and decides to cancel it, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment value will apply.
Cancellations
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 hours before the beginning of your appointment. If you fail to do so, you may be charged 50% of the service cost as a cancellation fee.
Payments
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard and VISA. Please note that we do not accept Diners Club or personal checks.
Security
We advise you to leave valuables at home, as we cannot take responsibility for items left on the premises.
Spa Etiquette
To ensure the comfort and relaxation of all guests, please keep noise to a minimum and remember that the spa is a mobile and smoke-free environment. While we love children, they are not allowed in treatment rooms or lounge areas, and their presence is discouraged.
Pregnancy
Please inform us of your pregnancy when making your booking. Some spa treatments may only be suitable if you are in your second trimester, while others may not be safe for pregnant guests.
Health Conditions
At the time of booking, please let us know about any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries, especially if you are undergoing radiation or chemotherapy. We recommend consulting your doctor regarding safe treatment options.
Privacy
All personal information shared with Thai Villa Massage and Spa will remain confidential and secure.
